Reservation Policy

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS are accepted by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

CONDITIONS:

The Great Bear Inn - Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings. We cannot accept pets.  All accommodations require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% by credit card payable at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be automatically processed for the balance at that time.  Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. Notification must be given at least 30 days prior to your arrival to not be charged the full amount. Cancellations must be made by e-mail.

All reservations taken within 30 days of your stay require the non refundable, full payment.

Trip insurance is very inexpensive.

If you must cancel, talk to us about your options.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a room to you, you will receive a full refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Great Bear Inn and its personnel shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or properties. Furthermore any damage or loss of property to the lodge shall be compensated by the guest and charged to their card.

We are located two miles off the main highway.  GPS is helpful or get directions from our website.

Glacier Park works hard to open the Park as quickly as possible. It may sometimes be delayed due to heavy snow.
