CONDITIONS:
The Great Bear Inn - Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge. A$200.00 penalty for smoking inside the lodge and/or damages to room. We cannot accept pets as we have our own on the property. All accommodations require a deposit of 50% by credit card payable at the time of reservation. The balance of 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be automatically processed for the balance at that time.
ALL RESERVATIONS taken within 30 days of your stay require the full payment. Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. Notification must be given at least 45 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a 25% cancellation fee of the total amount due. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival. YOU MAY CHOOSE AT ANY TIME TO SAVE THE EXISTING RESERVATION FUNDS AND USE THEM FOR UP TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ARRIVAL WITH NO CANCELLATION FEE OR LOSS OF YOUR FUNDS. Cancellations may be made by e-mail or by phone. Reservations made less than 36 hours of arrival time may be subject to rates not including dinner.
The Great Bear Inn reserves the right to either upgrade or refund the dinner value per night if the total number of guests does not exceed TWO PERSONS. There are no discounts permitted for travel agents or clients when booked through National Park Reservations.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Great Bear Inn and its personnel shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or properties.
